In the Doctor Screen page, under Medical Record, physicians can click on the image, selector and Pinyin to create helping words that can be used for filling in the patient’s medical record.

A. Image words 图案字典
Physicians can select the area where they would like to create a list of words to help in filling a patient’s medical record.

To create a new word dictionary, click ‘Yes’

It will prompt you to create a new word dictionary, give it a title.

After creating the word dictionary, physicians can create related symptoms under the word dictionary.

Physicians can select the symptoms that they require and put in the case note template, medical history and allergies.

B. Selector 选择
Click on Selector at the right side. Click on the file icon

Create a new folder for text category name, click ‘Save’

Text category will appear. Select the text category file.

Click on the blue icon.

Physicians can create a new text name inside the text category.

Once done, physicians can select the symptoms that they require and save the case note template, medical history or allergies.
