Scenario A: Buy new package

Patient want to use it on the day itself

For the service that is applicable for the package session, there should be a $0 service created.

对于适用配套的服务，需要创建一个$0服务。

Physician Screen:

Physicians can add the package that a patient would like to purchase.

医师可以添加病人想要买的配套。

Select Package 选择配套
Add the services that is applicable for the package 添加适用于该程序配套的服务
Save the record 保存记录
Once done, physician closes the file and sends it back to the front desk. 完成后，医师关闭文件发送回前台。

Front desk:

前台：

*If a physician did not select the $0 package service(depending on how your clinic names the service), front desk staff will need to select the $0 service for the package.

*如果医生没有选择$ 0配套服务（取决于您诊所的服务名称），前台就需要选择$ 0配套服务。

Go to the package tab, click ‘Add package’.

转到配套标签，点击 “增加配套”。

Select the Package that the patient bought it. If the front desk is unsure which package the customer bought, the bill item will show you. Click ‘Save’ and go back to the payment details tab once done.

选择病人买的配套。如果前台不确定病人购买了哪个配套，则帐单项目会显示给您。完成后，点击 “保存”，然后返回到“付款细节”标签。

After adding the package, it will appear in the package tab

Click on ‘Use package’.

点击 “使用配套”。

How many session patient is using. 病人使用多少次数。

Click yes once done. 完成后点击 “是”。

It will appear on the billing page that the patient has bought Package 1 and used 1 session today.

Proceed to the payment page. Select the payment method and click Transaction complete.

Scenario B: Using existing package session

Physician can check the existing package and how many sessions the patient left with.

医师可以检查现有的包装以及病人剩余的配套次数。

Physician to select the service required.

Select package service 选择配套服务
Save the record 保存记录
Once done, the physician closes the file and sends it back to the front desk. 完成后，医师将关闭文件并将其发送回前台。

Go to the package tab and click ‘Use package’, select the package the patient would like to use and how many sessions the patient is using.
